Organisational management system
Clarity for complex organisations.
IQTORA is being built so that organisational assets, risks, controls, responsibilities and work can be seen in one context — together with their relationships, status and evidence.
Philosophy
Not another register.
Organisations already have documents, spreadsheets and separate tools. Yet the essential questions remain: what is the real state, why is it so, who is responsible and what action is needed now?
Registers store data. IQTORA is being built to connect assets, people, risks, controls and work in an organisational operating model where every record retains its context, relationships and rationale.
How it works
From signal to informed action.
- Builds context
- People, assets, processes, responsibilities and requirements are connected in one organisational operating model.
- Shows the real state
- Risks, controls, incidents and other signals are shown with their causes, relationships and responsible people.
- Connects it to work
- A problem does not remain a record. It is linked to a concrete action, responsibility, deadline and expected outcome.
- Preserves the rationale
- Decisions, completed work and evidence remain connected, so the state and the reasons behind it stay visible.
Knowledge and assistant
Knowledge adapted to the organisation.
In the developing IQTORA Knowledge Library, methodology is translated into practical models for describing organisational assets, processes, responsibilities, risks, controls, documents and work in a consistent way.
The first Knowledge Packs are being developed for NIS2 and ISO/IEC 27001. They provide an initial structure and methodological foundation, while each organisation selects, adapts and connects what reflects its actual operations.
The IQTORA assistant helps gather information, establish relationships and identify what needs attention. It works from system facts and library knowledge, while decisions and accountability remain with people.
Who it is for
Knowledge that stays with the organisation.
IQTORA is for organisations where cybersecurity, risk, compliance and daily operations span different people and systems, yet must be managed as one whole.
Connected decisions, responsibilities, work and evidence help preserve organisational knowledge as people, processes and requirements change.
Developer
IQTORA is developed by Baltic Condition.
Baltic Condition, UAB is an independent software engineering company established in Lithuania in 2005.
Building business-critical systems has taught us to turn complex processes, responsibilities and relationships into clear, dependable and durable software architecture. That experience guides the development of IQTORA.
IQTORA is being built for organisations that need more clarity, not more information.
